Dr. Dietrick specializes in the treatment of prostate cancer, including 
da Vinci robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy. In addition, his focus includes medical and minimally invasive treatment of enlarged prostate (BPH), voiding problems in men and no-scalpel vasectomy.

His interest in cancer treatment began in the 1980s with work at the National Cancer Institute and continued through his years on the clinical faculty of Stanford Medical Center and the Johns Hopkins University Department of Urology.

Dr. Dietrick performed the first da Vinci robotic prostatectomy at a community hospital in Maryland in 2005 and has performed well over 500 successful opertions since then, more than any other community urologist in Maryland. 

Dr. Dietrick served as Prostate Chair of the Maryland Chapter of the American Cancer Society, was awarded one of the first Young Leaders in Urology awards of the American Urological Association, and is a member of the American College of Physician Executives. In addition, he has lead and served on many quality improvement teams, medical boards and executive boards at several local hospitals.

Dr. Levin has been in the private practice of urology for the past 18 years. A member of the American Urological Association and the American Medical Association, Dr. Levin authored a chapter in Haskells Cancer Treatment on bladder, ureteral and renal pelvic malignancies. His special interests include prostate cancer including minimally invasive treatments and brachytherapy, kidney cancer, stone disease and minimally invasive treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

Dr. Lowentritt has authored numerous articles and chapters on subjects including robotic surgery, erectile dysfunction, pediatric urology, female urology and the urological management of patients after renal transplantation.

He has a general urology practice with a focus on minimally invasive techniques to treat urological conditions. His expertise includes robotic, laparoscopic, and endoscopic management of renal, bladder, and prostate cancer, as well as minimally invasive options for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), kidney stones, pelvic organ prolapse, and ureteropelvic junction obstruction. Dr. Lowentritt has been at the forefront of robotic urology procedures and was the first surgeon in Maryland to perform robot assisted surgery for bladder cancer.

Dr. Lowentritt serves on the Board of Directors for the Baltimore City Medical Society.
