Dr. Smolev is Board certified by the American Board of Urology and serves as Chief of Urology at Good Samaritan Hospital in Baltimore. He has experience in all aspects of urology, with special expertise in the diagnose and minimally invasive treatment of chronic testicular pain, including microsurgical denervation of the spermatic cord.
